摘 要:在自行搭建的局部热处理试验平台上将TA1钛合金-SPCC钢压印接头连接部位加热至900℃水淬,研究了局部热处理对此压印接头失效载荷和失效模式的影响。结果表明:局部热处理后该压印接头的失效载荷为5 371.9N,比未经热处理的(4 252.4N)提高了26.34%;未经热处理压印接头的失效模式为上下板拉脱失效,断裂方式为韧性断裂,局部热处理后该压印接头的失效模式为拉脱+颈部断裂混合失效,断裂方式为准解理断裂。The connection part of TA1 titanium alIoy-SPCC steel clinched ioint was heated to 900 ℃ then water quenched on the self-designed experimental platform. The influences of the local heat treatment on the failure load and failure mode of the clinched joint were investigated. The results show that the failure load of the clinched joint after local heat treatment was 5 371.9 N, which was improved by 26.34% comparing to 4 252.4 N before local heat treatment. The failure mode of the clinched joint before local heat treatment was a pull-off failure between upper and lower plate and the fracture mode was ductile fracture. After local heat treatment, the failure mode of the clinched joint was a mixture failure of pull-off and neck breaking and the fracture mode was quasi-cleavage fracture.
