摘　　要：胰腺癌的发病率逐年升高,预后极差,以循证医学为基础的多学科联合诊治是延长胰腺癌病人生存的最佳选择。美国国家综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)出版的胰腺癌临床实践指南为指导胰腺癌诊治的重要参考。2016年第一版NCCN胰腺癌指南主要在可能可切除胰腺癌的治疗策略、胰腺癌的影像学评估及治疗后监测等方面进行了更新。The incidence of pancreatic cancer grows dramatically in the recent years, and the prognosis remains very poor. A muhidisciplinary approach based on evidence may be the best choice to prolong patients＇ survival. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network （NCCN） Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology： Pancreatic Adeuocareinoma has become one of the most important tools in guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. The version 1, 2016 of NCCN guideline for pancreatic cancer has updated several aspects including the management of borderline resectable pancreatic cancer, radiological evaluation, and surveillance.
