摘　　要：为提高涡流分级机的分级精度,以影响涡流分级机颗粒粒径的稳定性因素为出发点,综合分析各因素对涡流分级机分级精度的影响。通过对这些因素的讨论及分析,总结了影响分级机分级精度的规律,为实际生产中提高分级机的分级精度和分级效率提供了一定的理论依据。In order to enhance the classification precision of the turbo classifier, the paper first analyzed the factors affecting the stability of particle size from the turbo classifier, and then comprehensively studied the influence of each factor on the classification precision of the turbo classifier. After that, it summarized the influential laws of the classification precision of the classifier, which offered some theoretical reference for enhancing the classification precision and efficiency of the classifier.
