摘 要:介绍了短壁采煤机平衡阀组调高系统的工作原理,基于AMESim软件建立了调高系统的仿真模型,分析了液压缸负载、泵的排量、平衡阀组弹簧刚度、初始位置弹簧力和锥阀角度主要参数对平衡阀组及其调高系统动态特性的影响,根据仿真结果优化了主要参数。该研究为平衡阀组的设计及调高系统的调试提供了理论依据。The working principle of the height-adjusting system equipped with counterbalance combination valve of the short-wall shearer was introduced, and the simulation model of the height-adjusting system was established in AMESim simulation environment. In addition, the influence of such main parameters as hydraulic cylinder load, pump displacement, spring stiffness of the counterbalance combination valve, spring force at initial position and angle of poppet valve on the dynamic characteristics of the counterbalance combination valve and the height-adjusting system was simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation results, the main parameters were optimized. The study offered theoretical reference for the design of the counterbalance combination valve and test run of the height-adjusting system.
