摘 要:为了研究排气阻火器对矿用防爆柴油机性能的影响,以某矿用柴油机为试验对象,对该机在增加排气阻火器前后两种状态下进行了外特性试验和排放特性试验。试验结果表明,增加排气阻火器后,虽然满足了矿用柴油机的防爆性能,但是矿用柴油机的排气阻力增大,空气消耗量减小,缸内燃烧恶化,功率和转矩减小,动力性能下降;燃油消耗率增加,经济性能变差;CO体积分数和烟度值升高,大部分工况点的NO_x体积分数升高,排气温度升高,排放性能变差。研究结果可为今后矿用防爆柴油机排气阻火器的设计提供参考。In order to study the influence of the exhaust flame arrester on the performance of the mine-used explosion-proof engine, the paper took a certain mine-used diesel as the test object, and carried out the external characteristic test and exhaust performance test before and after adding the exhaust flame arrester. The test results showed: after the addition of the exhaust flame arrester, although the explosion-proof performance of the engine was satisfied, its exhaust resistance increased, air consumption reduced, combustion inside cylinder worsened, power and torque decreased, power performance dropped; fuel consumption rate increased, economic performance worsened; volume fraction of CO and OPAC increased, volume fraction of NOx in most operation points enhanced, exhaust temperature increased and emission performance deteriorated. The study results offered reference for afterward design of the exhaust flame arrester of the explosion-proof diesel engine.
