摘  要:针对世界矿山市场激烈的技术竞争,提出了一种基于胀套联接的多绳摩擦式提升机主轴装置新结构,该结构通过胀套的胀紧功能,使电动机转矩经主轴、胀套传递到摩擦轮上,简化了主轴和摩擦轮的结构,减少了加工过程,降低了加工成本;以JKM-3.5×4型摩擦式提升机为例,对胀套进行了选型计算;最后进行了实际工作载荷下的有限元分析,得到胀套的最大应力为326 MPa,验证了新结构的可行性,进而为多绳摩擦式提升机提出了一种新型设计方法。In view of fierce technical competition in mining market, the paper proposed a new structure of the main shaft device of the multi-rope friction hoist based on expansion-sleeve connection. With the aid of the expansion sleeve, the torque of the motor transferred to the friction wheel via the main shaft and the expansion sleeve, thus the main shaft and the friction wheel were structurally simplified, the manufacture process lessened, and the manufacture cost reduced. Moreover, the paper took JKM-3.5 × 4 friction hoist as the example and conducted model selection calculation. At last, FEA at actual working load was carried out, and the maximum stress of the expansion sleeve was determined as 326 MPa, which indicated the feasibility of the new structure. It offered a new design method for the multi-rope friction hoist.
