摘 要:通过30根玄武岩纤维(BFRP)管膨胀混凝土短柱轴压试验,研究了BFRP布层数、膨胀剂掺量对BFRP管膨胀混凝土短柱轴压力学性能的影响。结果表明:试件脆性破坏特征明显;掺入适量膨胀剂可提高BFRP管混凝土短柱轴压极限承载能力,试件轴压极限承载能力提高幅度随膨胀剂掺量增加呈先提高后降低趋势;对于本试验C40,C50两个系列试件其最大轴压极限承载力对应膨胀剂掺量分别为10%和15%;膨胀剂掺量相同时,随BFRP布层数增加,试件轴压极限承载力有明显提高趋势;试件轴向、环向应力-应变曲线均表现为双折线形。The axial compression tests for 30 basalt fiber reinforced polymer( BFRP) tube expansion concrete short columns were carried out to study the effects of the BFRP cloth layers and the volume of the expansive agent on mechanical properties of BFRP tube expansion concrete short columns. The results show that the specimens present brittle failure obviously; the axial compression ultimate bearing capacity of BFRP tube expansion concrete short columns can be improved by adding moderate amount of expansion agents,and the axial compression bearing capacity increases first and decreases afterwards with the rise of the amount of expansion agents; for the two groups of C40 and C50 specimens in test,the dosages of expansive agent corresponding to the max axial compression ultimate bearing capacity are 10% and 15%respectively; with the BFRP cloth layers increasing,axial compression bearing capacity of specimens has obvious increasing trend under the same dosage of expansive agent; both of the axial and ring directional stress-strain curves of specimens are double fold line form.
