摘  要:研究了纳米SiO_2粒子选择性分布在聚苯乙烯(PS)基体相时对退火过程中聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯(PS/PP)共混物的形貌粗化行为的影响。结果表明,当纳米SiO_2粒子分散在共混物的PS基体时,可显著抑制共混物的形貌粗化过程,且抑制效果比纳米SiO_2粒子分布在共混物的分散相中时更强;纳米SiO_2粒子分散在PS基体相中时,不会抑制分散相PP分子链的运动,但分散相PP液滴回缩时需要带动PS基体发生形变,PS基体中的粒子网络会大大增加这一过程的阻力,从而抑制PP液滴的回缩;同时,基体中的纳米SiO_2粒子使PP液滴的合并过程变得非常困难。The effect of nano-SiO2 particles distributed in the polystyrene (PS) matrix on the phase coarsening of polystyrene/polypropylene (PP/PS) blend during annealing was investigated. The results indicate that the coarsening process of the blends can be significantly suppressed when nano-SiO2 particles are distributed in PS matrix, and the suppressing effect is much more prominent than the case that nano-SiO2 particles are distributed in dispersed phase. The nano-SiO2 particles in PS matrix cannot restrain the movement of the molecular chains of the dispersed PP phase, however, the particle network in the PS matrix brings in extra obstruction towards the retraction of dispersed PP droplets due to that the retraction of dispersed PP droplets needs to compel PS matrix to deform; at the same time, the nano-SiO2 particles in PS matrix make the coalescence process of dispersed PP droplets become difficult.
