摘  要:急倾斜极厚大矿体在采用阶段矿房法回采矿柱时存在采矿贫损大、成本高、凿岩作业困难、作业安全性差等问题,结合红岭矿生产实际并借鉴国内类似矿山生产经验,提出分段凿岩、顶板一次崩落、间柱分段崩落、间柱出矿结构连续出矿、封闭采空区的矿柱回收新方法。经现场试验,取得矿柱回采损失率33%、贫化率15.31%、采矿直接成本72.95元/t的较好指标,为类似矿山进行矿柱回收和采空区处理提供了一种有效的借鉴方法。There are many problems during the pillar recovery in thick and large ore body with steep dip angle by sublevel room mining method, such as high loss and dilution, great mining cost, difficult drilling operations, and poor safety. To solve the above problems, combined with the production of Hongling mine and the actual production experiences of similar mines in domestic, a new pillar recovery method was proposed, including segmented drilling, roof caving at once, sublevel caving of interval pillars, continuous ore drawing of interval pillars structure, and closing the goal. The field tests obtained a good result with pillar recovery loss of 33%, dilution of 15.31%, and direct mining cost of 72.95 RMB per ton. The study had provided an effective reference of pillarrecovery and goal treatment for similar mines.
