摘 要:矿石溜井是采场出矿的关键工程,其施工速度直接关系到采场的回采进度。为加快大红山铁矿大结构采场回采进度,提出采用天井钻机施工一条直径Φ1.4 m、高200 m的天井,然后采用吊罐法自下而上扩刷成Φ3 m的阶段矿石溜井。现场应用表明,天井钻机扩帮法成井速度达到80m/月,较普通法成井速度快77.8%,较吊罐法成井速度快45.5%,成井速度显著提升。The ore chute is a crucial project in ore drawing and its drifting speed has a direct effect on the normal mining progress. To speed up the mining progress of large stope in Dahongshan iron mine, the raise boring machine was pro- posed to excavate a chute with diameter of 1.4 m, and height of 200 m. Then, the diameter of this chute was expanded to 3 m from bottom to top by cage raising method. Field appli- cation indicated that the drifting speed was improved obvi- ously and reached to 80 m per month by this method, which had a 77.80% increase than the common method and 45.5% than the cage raising method.
