摘  要:建立了基于Solidworks的智能中深孔全液压凿岩台车关键变位机构大臂组合体的三维模型。依托Solidworks simulation平台,进行极限位置状态有限元分析,并根据分析结果指导大臂组合体设计,形成了可靠性高、适用性强、符合设计要求的凿岩台车大臂组合体,并通过试验进行了可靠性测试,达到了设计要求。The bearing assembly was a key modified mecha- nism of intelligent full-hydraulic drilling jumbo for medium- deep hole, and its three-dimensional model was established based on Solidworks software. Relying on the Solidworks simulation, the finite element analysis of limiting position was conducted. And the analysis results gave a guidance to design the bearing assembly. Finally, the bearing assembly of drilling jumbo, with high reliability and strong applicabili- ty, was developed, which passed through the reliability tes- ting and met the design requirements.
