摘 要:为了使主动配电网静态安全评估多维度和标准化,提出了一种主动配电网的多维度静态安全评估方法,利用信息熵原理分析指标间的差异程度,从风险性、可靠性和均匀性3个维度对主动配电网进行评估,从而确定各个指标应具有的客观权重。为应对主动配电网中包含的大量随机因素和不确定性,采用了一种结合蒙特卡罗模拟法高维不敏感性和拟蒙特卡罗模拟法抽样均匀性的混合蒙特卡罗(hybrid-Monte Carlo,HMC)模拟法来形成系统状态矩阵。通过算例进行指标计算验了证方法的有效性,结果表明,随着主动配电网中各类随机因素的增加,各维度的风险性指标、可靠性指标、均匀性指标变化趋势各不相同,对均匀性的改善程度最大,对可靠性的改善次之,对风险性的改善相对较少,但需求侧响应对3个维度的指标都有明显的改善作用,负荷可调之后将使得综合安全性能指标变好。研究工作对推动可再生能源消纳技术有一定指导作用。A multidimensional static security assessment plan is proposed, which gives a comprehensive assessment of active distribution network from the aspects of risk, reliability and homogeneity, thus the assessment becomes multidimensional and standardized. This plan uses the information entropy principle to analyze the difference among the indexes, so as to determine the objective weight of each index. To deal with the randomness and uncertainty in active distribution network, a hybrid-Monte Carlo method (HMC) which absorbs the high-dimension insensitivity of Monte Carlo method and the uniform sampling of quasi-Monte Carlo method is introduced and used to form the system state matrix. The feasibility of the plan is verified by calculating the indexes of an example. With the increasing of all kinds of random factors in active distribution network, the index variation trend for each dimension is different. These random factors improve homogeneity to a greater extent, reliability to a less extent and risk to the least extent. The demand response improves the index of each dimension significantly, and the comprehensive index becomes better in the case of adjustable load.
