摘　　要：以常规人工杂交育种的方法,对非洲菊F_1代部分性状的变异进行分析。结果表明:杂交F_1代的花色性状分离广泛,花心颜色只有黑心和绿心两种,单瓣型具有遗传优势。初选42个杂种单株,复选出4个申请新品种,其中‘申黄'‘金太阳'和‘金韵'获得国家植物新品种保护权证书。With artificial cross breeding method,the character variation of Gerbera jamesonii F_1 generation was analyzed.The results showed that the color characters of F_1 generation were widely separated,flower centre color only appeared blank disc floret and green disc floret,and single flower type had genetic advantage.Fortytwo hybrid plants were selected and 4 of them were checked out to apply for new varieties.＇ Shenhuang＇,＇ Jintaiyang＇ and ＇ Jinyun＇ obtained the national plant new variety of protection certificate.
