摘  要:针对关节轴承压装工艺过程中的智能化方案设计问题,对轴承压装工艺过程中压装力计算模型和过盈量计算模型两个重要技术环节进行了理论分析,对基于Web构建轴承压装工艺工程数据库技术进行了研究,提出了一种基于B/S架构的智能化方案设计系统的开发目标、功能模型和结构体系。采用Java语言和Oracle数据库构建了轴承压装工艺智能化方案设计支持系统,对压装力计算和过盈量计算的流程实现了代码编译,对各数据模块实现了搜索、调用等功能。研究结果表明,该系统能实时完成压装力计算和过盈量计算,能够对轴承及其安装、固定工艺中所产生的工艺数据进行统一管理与重用,系统信息检索效率高、可靠性强。Aiming at the intelligent scheme design of the joint bearing pressing process,as two important technical aspects in the joint bearing pressing process,the calculation model of pressing force and the calculation model of interference amount were analyzed theoretically.And the study of construction of database technology base on Web was carried out. Based on above work,a kind of intelligent design system based on B / S architecture were proposed,the development goal,the function model and the structure system included. By using Java language and Oracle database,the intelligent design support system for bearing pressing process was constructed,the calculation processes of pressing force and interference amount were implemented by coding,the functions of search and calling were implemented in each data modules. The results indicate that in the intelligent scheme design system,the calculations of pressing force and interference amount are completed successfully,the data about bearing in the process of installation and fixation could be unified managed and reused,the information retrieval is efficient and the reliability of system is strong.
