摘 要:建立东海-黄海-渤海大范围风暴潮二维数学模型,对9216台风风暴潮过程进行模拟,分析渤海湾造陆工程前后风暴潮增水对海河流域主要河口(海河口、永定新河口和独流减河口)闸下区域最高潮位的影响,并探讨有效降低河口闸下通道内风暴潮潮位的开发方式。研究表明:渤海湾围填海工程实施后,闸下通道内维持自然地形时,通道内最高潮位高于工程前;闸下通道实施地形开挖后,通道内最高潮位依然高于工程前,但较自然地形条件下抬高幅值有所减小。闸下通道结合开发建设港池航道等工程实施地形开挖,使得通道内水深增加,可降低通道内风暴潮增水幅度。A wide-range 2D storm surge numerical model covering the East China Sea,the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea was established. The process of the storm surge of Tyhoon 9216 was the simulated in the model. The impact of the reclamation project on the highest tidal level( HTL) in the downstream channel of the tidal gate at the major estuaries of the Haihe River Basin during the storm surge was analyzed. And the development method to effectively reduce the storm tidal level in the downstream channel of the tidal gate was discussed. Results show that when maintaining the original terrain in the downstream channel of the tidal gate,the HTL in the channel is higher than that before the reclamation project; when excavation of the terrain in the channel is implemented,the HTL is still higher than before,but the amplitude of the storm surge in the channel will be less than that of the original terrain in the downstream channel. So the excavation of terrain to increase water depth by the development project of the harbor basin and waterway can weaken the storm surge in the channel.
