摘  要:通过对安阳钢铁公司生产的含硼低成本低碳贝氏体钢AH70DB进行焊接性能研究,分别进行了焊接CCT曲线测定,焊接冷裂纹敏感性研究,以及对焊接热影响区组织性能、焊热热输入量、焊后热处理及焊接接头综合力学性能评定等内容进行了试验研究。研究表明,AH70DB钢淬硬倾向较小,对氢致开裂敏感性较低。在中等拘束条件下焊接,室温10℃以上不需预热;在苛刻拘束条件下,可实现低预热温度,预热温度50℃以上。采用推荐的焊接工艺焊接25 mm厚AH70DB钢板对接接头,焊接接头综合性能良好,能够满足工矿产品的使用要求。In the paper,study on welding performance of low cost low carbon bainitic steel AH70 DB with boron is carried out,including welding CCT curves determination,weld cold cracking susceptibility,the HAZ microstructure and properties,soldering heat input,weld heat treatment and mechanical properties of welded joint assessment. The results show that the hardened tendency of the AH70 DB steel is smaller,and the cracking sensitivity which induced by hydrogen is lower. Under conditions of moderate restraint welding,the steel isn't preheated when the room temperature is above 10 ℃. In the condition of the harsh restraint intensity,low temperature preheating is achieved,preheat temperature must be above50 ℃. With the welding processes recommended,welded joints of 25 mm thick steel AH70 DB shows good overall performance,that can meet the requirements of industrial products.
