参考馆员在高校图书馆公共关系活动中的角色研究

摘　　要：将参考馆员和公共关系人员进行了对比,阐述了参考馆员在参考咨询过程中应该具备的专业素养,高校图书馆公共关系的重要性和参考馆员和读者之间的关系,指出参考馆员在为高校图书馆塑造良好形象,提升图书馆服务水平中起着重要的作用。Article compares the reference librarian and the public relation practitioner, describes that the reference librarian should have the professionalism in dealing with the reference, states the importance of the public relation- ship,and the relations between the university library reference librarian and the reader, points out the importent function of reference librarians in createing a good image of the university library and enhancing the library service levels.
