中国女篮2015亚锦赛问题诊断与备战奥运新思考

摘　　要：为总结2015年我国女篮亚锦赛经验教训,力争获得2016里约奥运出线资格并取得好成绩,助力三大球项目世界大赛成绩突破和体育强国建设,运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、录像观察和问卷调查等方法对女篮2015年武汉亚锦赛失去2016奥运直通资格原因和备战奥运落选赛进行研究。研究结果:1)对我国女篮亚锦赛失利诊断的结果是:新老交替滞后,抗压能力脆弱;赛前认识不足,低估对手实力;明星球员退役,缺乏真正核心;基本功差距明显,战术运用不当;训练安排失衡,过于强调力量;热身对手盲目,缺乏逆境锻炼;临场指挥滞后,错过暂停时机;2)中国女篮只要备战得当,完全有能力获得里约奥运参赛资格并取得好成绩,并制作了《我国女篮备战2016奥运会主要问题预防手册》。研究建议:重拾信心,辩证看待亚锦赛失利;调整计划,重新定位主要对手;有的放矢,尽快解决自身主要问题;虚心学习,积极借鉴女排成功经验。To summarize experience lesson in 2015 China＇s women＇s Basketball Asian tournament,at the same time to strive for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games qualifying and get good grades,helping China＇s three big ball world breakthrough performance contest and sports power construction,using methods of literature,expert interviews,video observation and the questionnaire survey check on women＇s basketball Asian Championships in Wuhan failure reasons and preparing for the Olympic qualification. Research conclusions： 1） The diagnosis result of the Chinese women＇s basketball team： Anti stress ability weak; Underestimating the opponent strength; Lack of core players,Technical and tactical use undeserved,Training arrangements unbalance,Warm-up opponents blindly,On-the-spot command lag; 2）The Chinese women＇s basketball team is hoping to get through the Rio Olympics qualification and achieve good results as long as preparing properly,. and made ＂the Chinese women＇s basketball team preparations for the 2016 Olympic Games Main Problem Checklist＂. Research proposals： To regain confidence and dialectical view of Asian Championship defeat; Plans to adjust and repositioning of the main rivals; Have a definite object in view as soon as possible to solve their own problems; With an open mind to learn and learn actively from the successful experience of the women＇s volleyball team.
