聚集性干预活动对男男性行为人群性行为的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨聚集性干预活动可能对男男性行为人群（MSM）性行为及HIV传播的负性影响。方法 2015年7月至2016年1月在深圳市慢性病防治中心彩虹门诊和福田区艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊采用同伴推动抽样法及方便采样招募研究对象,开展面对面问卷调查,并抽血检测HIV感染情况。结果调查580名MSM,参加过聚集性干预活动的280名,其中198人（70.71%）在聚集性干预活动中认识了男性性伙伴,在与这些认识的男性性伙伴发生性行为时,只有39.90%的MSM每次使用安全套,28.79%的MSM半数以上使用安全套,要低于参加聚集性干预活动的MSM在发生性行为时使用安全套的频率;75.25%的MSM认为在聚集性干预活动中认识的男性性伙伴＂心里踏实愿意交往＂,64.14%的MSM认为在聚集性干预活动中认识的男性性伙伴＂性交安全＂。调查对象中68例HIV阳性,阳性率为11.72%;比值比OR=2.31（95%CI：2.00~2.67）。结论聚集性干预活动虽然取得一定的干预效果,但是也可能作为一个交流平台,为MSM认识提供了机会,而有利于HIV的传播。Objective To understand the negative effect of aggregation interventions in sexual behavior and HIV transmission among MSM in Shenzhen city. Methods During July,2015-Janurary,2016,objects were recruited by the respondent-driven sampling method and the convenient sampling method at the rainbow clinic of Shenzhen city center for chronic disease control and prevention and the VCT clinic in Futian district,Shenzhen city,a one on one questionnaire survey was conducted and blood samples were taken for HIV examination. Results A total of 580 MSM were surveyed.280 MSM participated in aggregation interventions.198 MSM met male sexual partners in the aggregating intervention activities.Only 39.90% of MSM used condoms every time having sex with male sexual partners in the aggregating intervention activities,28.79% of MSM more than half used condoms,which was lower than the frequency of condom used in MSM who participated aggregating intervention activities.75.25% of MSM thought male sexual partners in the aggregating intervention activities as ＂ willing for communications from heart＂;64.14% of MSM thought male sexual partners in the aggregating intervention activities as ＂sexual safety＂;68 were tested positive for HIV,accounting for 11.72%.The OR =2.31（95%CI ：2.00-2.67）. Conclusion Aggregation interventions may achieve certain effect,which also may serve as a platform for communication,providing opportunities for MSM knowing each other,and thus contribute to the spread of HIV.
