摘　　要：对于高血压、心脏病的患者,术前全面正确评估心脏功能,并对应有效的防范处理;严密监测术中及术后血压和心脏功能,并积极妥当处理,能够有效降低围手术期心脏并发症的发生。For the patients with high blood pressure or heart diseases , doctors should ensure perioperativesafety by fully evaluating patients ’ cardiovascular function before surgery , and by giving corresponding preoperative preparation and therapeutic treatment , as well as rigorously monitoring patients ’ vital signs during and after operation .Only if positive and appropriate treatment were given in time , perioperative cardiac complications of patients could be reduced .
