摘　　要：介绍了一种曲线型刀口的剪切专用组合刀具，分析了目前存在的刀口变钝容易导致切不断纸和剪切不完全的问题。针对这些问题，笔者设计了一种结构简单，安全可靠的切纸专用组合刀具。使该刀具的上剪切刀的刀IZl与待切割包装纸之间在切割过程中始终保持一个角度，使上剪切刀的刀口与待切割包装纸之间基本保持点接触，在总体压力相同的情况下，增大切割点的压力，使切割更省力，从而减少刀具的磨损，可延长刀具的使用寿命。This paper mainly analysis the present existence problem that dulls the edge of cutter easily lead to can＇t cut off or not completely cut paper. To solve these problems, we design a special combination of paper cutting knives which have characteristic that simple structure and safety for worker, the device between the knife edge of above paper cutting knives and the paper to be cut always maintain an angle in the process of cutting, the above paper cutting knives and the paper to be cut always maintain point contact that increasing the cutting pressure, reduced the tool wear and extend the service life of the cutting tool at the conditions that overall pressure is the same.
