摘 要:重型载重汽车在高速制动、连续制动的情况下,会引起制动器温度升高,制动器的摩擦系数变小,使得摩擦力矩显著减低,引起制动效能的热衰退并导致制动失效进而引发事故。制动器的热衰退对制动器输出力矩、制动力分配、汽车制动效能恒定性及制动稳定性等多方面性能影响最大,是重型载重汽车系统中引起制动失效并导致交通事故的主要原因。因此,本文将对引起制动器热衰退的原因、预防的措施及发生热衰退时材料的鉴定方法进行探讨。In cases of high speed or continuous braking, the temperature of the brake system of the heavy truck will increase. Thus the brake friction coefficient will be reduced, leading to a significant decrease of the friction torque. This phenomenon is defined as the heat- fading of the brake system. Heat-fading of the brake system has great effect on the brake output torque, brake force distribution as well as the brake constancy and stability of the heavy truck, which is one of the major causes of the heavy truck accidents. In this paper, the causes of the heat-fading of the brake system, the preventive measures as well as the failure analysis and identification methods are discussed.
