摘　　要：简要介绍了3000 m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化器系统流程。本文汇总了近年来纯化系统在运行中出现的各类故障,并对此进行分析总结和提出改进措施。This paper briefly introduces the process of molecular sieve purification system of 3000 m3/h air separation device.In this paper,all kinds of problems in the operation of purification system in recent years are summarized,and the analysis and improvement measures are put forward.
