摘 要:全面回顾了国内外建筑三维隔震研究现状,重点对金属线缆空气弹簧三维隔震装置、液压三维隔震装置、空气弹簧橡胶垫三维隔震装置、叠层橡胶—碟形弹簧三维隔震装置、智能三维隔震系统等典型的独立式和组合式三维隔震装置的构造及原理进行了综合分析;在此基础上,对建筑三维隔震理论研究的新进展进行了梳理和总结,并对国内外典型的三维隔震建筑工程案例进行了分析;最后总结了建筑三维隔震研究现存的几个主要问题并给出相关建议,可为建筑三维隔震研究提供有益的参考。This paper comprehensively reviews the domestic and foreign study situation on the three-dimensional isolation for buildings.It focuses on the analysis on the structure and the principle of the typical independent type and combined type three-dimensional isolation device such as 3D base isolation with cable reinforced air spring,3D base isolation device with hydraulic system and rubber bearing,3D isolation with air spring and rubber bearing,3D isolation with laminated rubber and disc springs group,intelligent 3D isolation system etc. On this basis,it makes the construction and summary of 3D isolation and generalizes the new progress of the theory. The 3D isolation of domestic and foreign typical engineering case is analyzed. Finally several major problems of the research on the existing building 3D isolation are summarized,which would provide some useful suggestions and reference of the 3D isolation study.
