摘  要:为研究以废弃混凝土块体和废弃粘土砖块体完全替代天然骨料制备的混合再生骨料混凝土的基本力学性能,对设计预期强度为C40的再生混凝土立方体试块进行了轴压试验,测得试块的抗压强度、横向应变。通过试验结果分析了混合再生骨料混凝土的破坏特征、抗压强度、应力-应变关系、弹性模量的变化规律,发现混合再生骨料混凝土立方体的破坏形态与天然骨料混凝土基本相似,且再生骨料的存在及替代率大小对破坏形态影响不大;但再生骨料替代率对混凝土的基本力学性能有较大影响,随着废弃粘土砖骨料替代率的增加,废弃混凝土骨料替代率的下降,混合再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度逐渐下降,仅在全部废弃混凝土块体替代下可按原强度等级使用;随着替代率增加,当替代率在0%~80%时,弹性模量降低,但在80%~100%时出现一个突变,即替代率为100%时弹性模量相较80%时有所提升。In order to study the basic mechanical properties of mixed recycled aggregate concrete made of wasted concrete blocks and wasted clay bricks which are used to replace the natural aggregate,the compressive strength and transverse strain of recycled concrete cubes at the anticipated design strength of C40 were measured in the concrete axial compression test. It analysed the failure characteristics,compressive strength,stress-strain relationship,variation pattern of elastic modulus by the result of text,and found out that the destruction characteristics of mixed recycled aggregate concrete cubes and natural aggregate concrete cubes were basically similar,and the existence and ratio of recycled aggregate had little influence in destruction characteristics,while they enjoyed a bigger effect in the basic mechanical properties of concrete. With wasted clay bricks replacement ratio increasing and wasted concrete blocks decreasing,the compressive strength of mixed recycled aggregate concrete gradully decreases,and if aggregate is replaced all by wasted concrete blocks,such concrete can be used at original strenth rank. With the replacement rate increasing between 0% to 80%,elastic modulus decrease,yet there is a sudden increase in 100% compared with 80%.
