煤炭火力发电厂能源管理体系的建立

摘　　要：为了提高能源利用效率,降低能源成本,在煤炭火力发电厂中建立能源管理体系。本文首先介绍能量管理体系的概念及其发展现状,然后通过2×300 MV燃煤电厂的例子详细分析能源管理体系的建立过程,并建立形成如下能源管理体系文件,其中包括一本管理手册,八个纲领性文件,二十四个兼容性文件,九个运行控制程序文件和九个作业指导书。通过能源管理体系的运作,从而降低电厂的耗煤量、耗水量、耗油量,最大限度地提高能源的利用效率,增加企业的经济效益。In order to improve energy use efficiency, reduce energy costs, energy management system is established on a coal - fired power plant. The establishment process of energy management system on a 2 × 300 MW coal - fired plant was addressed. The necessary of energy management system on coal - fired power plants was explained, and the energy management system documents were compiled, which inclu- ding one management manual, eight programmatic files, twenty -four compatible files, nine operational control procedure files and nine operation instruction files. Operation of the energy management system has decreased the standard coal consumption rate, water consumption rate and fuel consumption rate in this coal -fired power plant. Therefore, it can maximally improve energy use efficiency and increase eco- nomic benefit for enterprises.
