摘　　要：聚氨酸钾锌尿素具有肥效长、养分利用率高、可促进作物体内生长素的形成和有效改善农产品品质的特点。介绍了利用原有尿素生产装置经简单改造后生产聚氨酸钾锌尿素产品的工艺流程、产品标准制定、生产运行情况,并对生产过程中出现的问题提出了相应的解决措施。依托现有尿素生产装置改造后生产聚氨酸钾锌尿素,有助于提高企业的经济效益和抗市场风险能力。Urea with polyamino acid potassium and chelated zinc has the advantages of long effect time, high utilization ratio, promoting formation of growth hormone in crops, and improving the quality of agricultural products effectively. The process flow sheet, formulation of product standard and production operation conditions of the original urea production unit which produces urea with polyamino acid potassium and chelated zinc after simple renovation are introduced, and in connection with problems arisen in production, relevant countermeasures are proposed. The production of urea with polyamino acid potassium and chelated zinc can be realized on existing urea production unit after renovation, which helps enterprises to increase economic benefits and to enhance ability to resist the market risk.
