摘　　要：阐述了工业气体产业中新的供气模式下的调价公式,分析了影响调价公式的风险因素。根据成本构成,合理设置调价系数,最终采用较符合实际的生产者物价指数(PPI)作为物料成本调整的因素,按照现有的最新数据作为公式初始值,并在任意一种调价因素出现时及时调整价格,让价格变化符合业主和供应商双方的最初预期。The price adjustment formula under new gas supply mode of industrial gas industry are described, the risk factors influencing price adjustment formula are analyzed. According to cost structure, setting reasonable price adjustment coefficient, finally, more practical Producer Price Index （PPI） is adapted as materials cost adjustment factor, based on existing latest data used as initial values for the formula, price is adjusted in time at the appearance of any of materials cost adjustment factors, letting the price change meet initial expectations of owners and supplier.
