摘　　要：从前期投入、示范推广和产出效益3个维度构建了我国农业标准化示范区绩效评价的指标体系,其中包括3个一级指标,9个二级指标和28个三级指标。指标体系除注重标准化示范区科技、资金投入等硬性指标外,更加注重农业示范区内部的组织管理方式、与其他机构合作推广的密切程度、与推广对象间的联系等软性指标对标准化示范区的示范推广效果的影响。同时,不同类型的农业标准化示范区在各方面条件上均有较大的差异,效果也各不相同,因而在对不同类型的农业标准化示范区的绩效进行横向比较时,可由相关专家或人员在已有指标权重的基础上对条件差异较大的方面进行灵活地处理,如对不同类型的示范区的相同指标赋予不同的比重,更加关注示范推广体系的建设和运行情况,以期为农业标准化示范区客观绩效的评价及其改革提供参考依据。弥补了现有文献较少关注农业标准化示范区示范推广作用机理以及对不同类型示范区的绩效进行比较的缺陷。This paper construct the performance evaluation index system of agricultural standardization demonstration area in China from the three dimensions of up-front spending,demonstration and extension,output efficiency,which included 3 level first indicators,9 level two indexes and 28 level three indexes.The index system pay more attention to the demonstrative promotion effect of organization and management,the cooperation and extension with other agencies,the link between the user within the agricultural demonstration zone,in addition to the technology and capital investment.At the same time,because there are various aspects of resource and effect among different types of agricultural standardization demonstration area,experts or administrator should deal with the index weight with flexibility,such as endowing different values of the same index for different types of demonstration area when comparing the performance of different types of agricultural standardization demonstration area.It paid more attention to the construction and operation of demonstration system,so as to provide reference for the objective evaluation and reform of agricultural standardization demonstration area,so as to make up the defect that the existing literatures on demonstration area paid less attention to extension mechanism and comparison of different types demonstration area.
