小针刀治疗腹痛型腰3横突综合征67例

摘　　要：目的:小针刀在腹痛型腰3横突综合征疾病治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:选取67例腹痛型腰3横突综合征患者作为治疗组并进行小针刀治疗,同时选取65例腹痛型腰3横突综合征患者作为对照组予以药物治疗。比较两组临床治疗情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.0%,高于对照组的73.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后、治疗后1年的VAS评分与腰屈曲范围均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹痛型腰3横突综合征患者实施小针刀治疗,能有效缓解疼痛且提升腰屈曲活动度,值得推行。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of abdominal pain waist three transverse process syndrome treated by needle knife.Method： 67 cases of abdominal pain waist three transverse process syndrome patients were selected as treatment group and treated with small needle knife.At the same time 65 cases were selected as control group and given drug therapy.The clinical treatment situation of the two groups was compared.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%, better than 73.8% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The VAS scores of post treatment and one year after treatment of the treatment group were better than prior treatment, the differences were statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Condusion： Applying small needle knife to abdominal pain waist three transverse process syndrome can effectively relieve pain and enhance the lumbar flexion, which is worth pursuing.
