摘　　要：手术护士专科化是目前手术护理的发展趋势,目前国内对相关专科护士的职业性危害及防护教育的发展则相对迟缓。本文结合笔者在泌尿外科手术中的工作经验,对泌尿外科手术专科护士的职业暴露危害因素进行总结、分析,并提出具体防护措施,为泌尿外科手术专科护士在工作中更好地做好职业防护、防止职业性损伤提供帮助。Surgical nurse specialization is the development trend of surgery nursing, but the development of occupational hazards and protection education is relatively slow.Here, we summarized the authors＇ work experiences in urology surgery specialized nursing, analyzed the occupational exposure hazards factors and put forward protection measures, to make urology surgery specialized nurses work in better occupational protection and help prevent occupational injuries.
