摘 要:以Cu_2O为模板,采用水热法合成中空立方体Au-TiO_2纳米复合材料,通过XRD、EDX、SEM和TEM对该复合材料的结构和形貌进行表征,探讨了该中空立方体结构的形成过程,并测试了该复合材料的气敏性能。结果表明,Cu_2O模板尺寸约为1μm,TiO_2作为中空立方体结构的框架,尺寸约为20nm,Au颗粒分散在中空立方体的表面;中空立方体Au-TiO_2纳米复合材料具有良好的丙酮敏感性,在250℃下对100×10-6的丙酮的灵敏度达到8.2。Using Cu2O as a template,the hollow cube Au-TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by a hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of nanocomposites were characterized by XRD,EDX,SEM and TEM.The formation process of the hollow cubic structure was discussed in detail and the gas sensing property of the nanocomposites was also investigated.Results showed that,the size of Cu2O template was 1μm,TiO2 formed the frame of the hollow cube structure with the size of 20 nm,and gold particles dispersed on the surface of the hollow cube.The hollow cube Au-TiO2 nanocomposites had an excellent acetone sensing property.The sensitivity against 100×10^-6 acetone was 8.2at 250 ℃.
