摘 要:为了通过实验手段得到不同分子量、不同流量的聚合物溶液在流经不同槽数分压注入工具时的流场变化,基于相似原理设计了一套可用粒子成像测速(PIV)系统进行实验的梭型分压注入工具模型,并利用PIV系统对不同实验条件下流经该模型内的聚合物溶液进行连续拍摄,得到大量的溶液运动瞬时图像。再利用Tecplot软件进行分析处理,得到不同分子量、不同流量聚合物溶液在流经不同槽数分压注入工具时降压槽内流场的速度云图。分析实验结果表明:聚合物溶液通过梭型分压注入工具时在降压槽底部出现漩涡;流量越大,漩涡中心越偏向外壁;聚合物分子量越大或降压槽槽数越少,管壁附近速度梯度越大;分压注入工具的槽数对漩涡的位置无明显影响。实验为分压注入工具内部流场分布提供了一种新的研究方法。In order to observe the change of flow fields of polymer solution of different molecular weight and flow running through depressurizing tools with different number of tanks,a set of experimental models about spindle shaped depressurizing tools which can be used in particle image velocimetry(PIV) system has been designed.The polymer solutions flowing through this model under different experimental conditions were taken a lot of photos by PIV system and instantaneous pictures have been obtained.Tecplot software is used to process images,and some velocity nephograms were obtained.Analysis of the results shows that when a polymer solution flows through the depressurizing channel,a vortex is formed at the bottom of the tank,and if the flow is becoming bigger,the vortex center at the bottom of the tank is farther away from the bottom of the tank.If the molecular weight is high or the number of depressurizing tank is less,the velocity gradient around the tank wall is also larger.The influence of the change of the number of tanks on the location of vortex is not obvious.The experimental provides a new method for the study of the flow field distribution in the future..
