摘  要:目前我国天然气长输管道阀门电动执行机构主要依靠进口,增加了天然气管道建设和运营成本,制约了天然气管道行业的发展。有必要开展天然气长输管道设备的国产化研究,在大口径天然气管道上使用国产电动执行机构替代国外进口产品,提高我国天然气管道设备的保障能力。中国石油西气东输管道公司联合4个厂家开展了天然气管道阀门电动执行机构的研制工作,对标国外先进产品关键指标,制定了电动执行机构研制技术条件,完成了首批国产化电动执行机构的产品设计、样机试制、工厂试验和产品工业性试验。国产化电动执行机构产品的性能达到了研制技术条件要求和国内外相关技术标准要求,具备批量生产条件,电动执行机构国产化定型产品可在天然气长输管道建设中推广应用。Electric valve actuators in the long distance transmission pipeline mainly rely on imports in China.Imported electric valve actuators increase the natural gas pipeline construction and operating costs and restrict the development of China natural gas pipeline industry.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the localization of long distance pipeline equipment.The use of domestic electric actuator in the large diameter gas pipeline to replace imported products will improve the support capability of China's natural gas pipeline equipment.PetroChina west-to-east gas pipeline company and 4 manufacturers have carried out the development of electric actuators for valves of natural gas pipeline.Benchmarking key indicators of foreign advanced products,the technical conditions for development technology are made.First domestic electric actuator is designed and manufactured.After passing factory test and industrial test,the performance of domestic electric actuator has reached the requirements of the product technical conditions and the relevant technical standards at home and abroad.The domestic electric actuator can be put into mass production and can he popularized and applied in the construction of natural gas pipeline.
