银川市儿童监护人对社区儿童预防接种规范化服务满意度调查

摘　　要：目的了解银川市儿童监护人对社区儿童预防接种规范化服务的满意度,发现预防接种中存在的问题,为进一步推动扩大国家免疫规划工作深入开展,提高预防接种门诊服务质量提供依据。方法对1 164名在银川市社区预防接种门诊接种的儿童监护人进行满意度问卷调查。结果超过86%的银川市儿童监护人对社区预防接种门诊一般情况回答"很满意"和"比较满意",满意度评价均为满意及以上;超过84%的银川市儿童监护人对疫苗接种前服务回答"很满意"和"比较满意",满意度评价均为满意;超过93%的银川市儿童监护人对接种时服务回答"很满意"和"比较满意",满意度评价均为非常满意;超过94%的银川市儿童监护人对接种后服务回答"很满意"和"比较满意",满意度评价均为满意及以上。满意度综合评分为(88.71±8.20)分。结论银川市儿童监护人对预防接种服务总体满意度良好,但仍存在需要提高的环节,提高儿童监护人主动带儿童接种疫苗的积极性,进一步提升儿童监护人对预防接种服务的满意度。Objective This work was to survey the satisfaction rate among children＇s guardians to the service of standardized vaccination clinics, so as to find problems and promote the development of national immunization program and improve the quality of vaccination service. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 1164 children＇s parents who were randomly collected at vaccination clinics in Yinchuan. Results More than 86% of children＇s guardians were satisfied with the general condition of vaccination clinics. More than 84% of guardians were satisfied with the service before vaccination. More than 93% of guardians responded with ＂greatly satisfied＂ or ＂satisfied＂ with the vaccination process. More than 94% of guardians were satisfied with the service after vaccination. The comprehensive score of vaccination service satisfaction was88.71±8.20. Conclusion Children＇s guardians were satisfied with the vaccination services. But there is still room for further improvement.
