摘  要:目的应用层次分析法、TOPSIS法、加权秩和比法对新疆流感监测网络(包括17个哨点医院及14个网络实验室所在疾控中心)进行综合评价,以期获得各监测单位流感监测工作真实水平;结合新疆流感监测实际情况,探讨三种综合评价方法在新疆流感监测网络监测质量评价中应用的适用性。方法参考《全国流感监测工作质量评估方案(试行稿)》,依据新疆流感监测网络监测工作质量评价指标体系,分别采用层次分析法、TOPSIS法、加权秩和比法进行综合评价。结果 TOPSIS法、加权秩和比法与层次分析法排序首位及末位的监测单位均一致,其余排名中间的监测单位位次略有不同。结论通过3种方法的应用,从不同角度综合分析了各地工作质量优劣,各哨点医院及网络实验室流感监测工作质量差异较大;3种评价方法的结果排序相近、可靠、客观,能够应用于流感监测网络监测工作质量评价,可作为常规评价方法。Objective The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, the TOPSIS method, the weighted RSR method were used to appreciate the quality of Xinjiang Influenza Surveillance Network, in order to discuss whether the three kinds of comprehensive evaluation method were scientific and applicability in combination with the practical situation of Xinjiang Influenza Surveillance Network. Methods Referring to relevant solutions and the evaluation quality index system of Xinjiang Influenza Surveillance Network, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, the TOPSIS method, the weighted RSR method were used to appreciate the quality of 17 sentinel hospitals and 14 network laboratories in Xinjiang Influenza Surveillance Network. Results The rest was located in the middle position. For the AHP method, the TOPSIS method, the weighted RSR method, the sorting was consistent, and had a slightly different places. Conclusion The three methods of comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation results were basically identical. Conforming to the actual situation, the AHP method, the TOPSIS method, the weighted RSR method can be as a conventional methods in disease surveillance system work quality evaluation.
