图书馆一站式自助离馆服务系统构建——以厦门理工学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：自助服务已经成为图书馆服务的一种主流服务模式。当前,图书馆界已经在自助服务应用方面进行了许多新的尝试,包括图书自助借还、自助文印系统、自助预约、自助上机等。而离馆服务作为自助服务功能的拓展和延伸,其一站式的系统构建具有现实的迫切性。在分析一站式自助离馆服务系统的可行性和设计方案的基础上,提出了一站式自助离馆服务系统的实施过程,并对该系统的预期效用进行了分析。Self-service has become a mainstream service mode of the library services. At present,the library has many new attempts in self-service applications, including self-help, self-help printing system, self-help booking, self-help computer using,etc. Library checking out for graduates is regarded as the self-service function expansion,and building a one-stop system for such service is really urgent. Based on the analysis of one-stop self-service from feasibility and design scheme of library service system,the implementation of one-stop self-service of library checking out system is described,and the expected utility of the system is analyzed.
