基于“学科馆员—临床”的中医药院校嵌入式学科服务现状分析与发展策略研究

摘　　要：文章基于中医药院校从事临床教学与科研人员的个性化信息需求,针对24所中医药院校开展嵌入式学科服务状况进行了调查和分析。发现中医药院校图书馆的学科服务较好地呼应了中医药特色学科,但存在临床学科服务落后、学科馆员数量偏少、资源共享性不足等问题。认为在循证医学背景下,应建立"学科馆员—临床"分层参考咨询的服务模式,分为常规性问题与非常规性问题;建立中医药特色学科服务联盟云平台;加强嵌入式学科馆员团队建设,完善馆员培养机制。Based on the personalized information requirements of those who work in clinical teaching and researching field of Chinese Medical universities, the authors investigate and analyze the situations of embedded subject service in 24 Chinese Medical university libraries,find that the service works in concert with the characteristic disciplines of traditional Chinese Medicine,however there are some problems,for example,clinical subject service is lagged,subject librarians are few in quantity, and resource sharing is not achieved among the university libraries. Under the background of evidence-based medicine, the authors argues that a subject-librarian-clinic layered reference service mode should be established,including conventional and unconventional problems,an alliance cloud platform for characteristic subject service of Chinese Medicine should be built, the capacity-building of embedded subject service team should be strengthened,and subject librarian training mechanism should be improved.
