摘　　要：针对国内外凝油效果好的凝油剂,建立适用性、可靠性强的凝油特性测试方法,并自制了凝油挤压器。基于大量调研、实验寻找可靠的测试凝油特性的方法。实验结果表明,测粘度方法不适用于凝油效果较好的情况,实际意义小。密度、抗剪切性、针入度、延度、粘弹性、屈服值、硬度指标予以排除。之后,结合凝油剂凝油特性设计并制作了凝油挤压器,凝油挤压器测量的各凝油剂在不同剂油比下的凝油抗挤强度数值有一定规律性,可以表征凝油的抗挤特性,且可靠性、稳定性好,适用性强。According to good effect at home and abroad condensate oil condensate oil,establish applicability,high reliability characteristics of the test method condensate oil,condensate and oil made the extruder. Based on extensive research and experiments to find a reliable test method for pour point oil properties. Experimental results show that the viscosity measurement method does not apply to pour oil better situation,little practical significance. Density,shear resistance,penetration,ductility, viscoelasticity,yield value,hardness index be excluded. After that,combined with condensate oil condensate oil properties designed and fabricated extruder condensate oil, condensate oil condensate oil squeeze each measured at different solvent to oil ratio of condensate oil collapse resistance value of a certain regularity,can be characterized anticoagulant properties of the oil squeeze and reliability,good stability,suitable Strong.
