摘  要:目前,关于高纯硫酸的制造工艺还不够先进,其中成本浪费很大,且不易操作,需要进一步优化。降膜结晶法应用于高纯硫酸制备,可减少其制备过程中的原料成本浪费,对于绿色环保经济发展也产生了积极作用。采用减压蒸馏、降膜结晶工艺对工业硫酸进行净化提纯,可以制备出达到BV-Ⅲ级的高纯硫酸。降膜结晶法在高纯硫酸制备中有着重要的意义。At present,about the manufacturing process of high purity sulfuric acid is still not advanced enough,the cost of which waste large and difficult to operate,need to be further optimized.Falling film crystallization method used in the preparation of high purity sulfuric acid,which can reduce the cost of raw materials preparation process waste for green economic development also had a positive benefit.By vacuum distillation,falling film crystallization process for purification of industrial sulfuric acid purification,can be prepared to achieve BV-Ⅲ grade high purity sulfuric acid.Falling film crystallization method has an important significance in the preparation of high purity sulfuric acid.
