补肾和脉法对老年高血压合并急性心肌梗死血脂、血压和脉搏波传导速度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾和脉法对老年高血压合并急性心肌梗死患者血脂、血压和脉搏波传导速度的影响。方法将92例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各46例,对照组采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪和替罗非班治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予补肾和脉方口服治疗,治疗8周后观察两组患者的中医证候积分、血脂、血压和脉搏波传导速度。结果治疗组总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的腹痛、恶心呕吐、腹胀、嗳气积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)升高,且改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组平均收缩压、平均舒张压及平均脉压及脉搏波传导速度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾和脉方联合西医常规治疗,可降低老年高血压合并急性心肌梗死患者的中医证候积分,改善血脂指标,降低血压水平,改善脉搏波传导速度,临床疗效确切。Objective：To observe the effects of Bushen hemai decoction on blood lipids,blood pressure and pulse wave velocity of senile hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction.Methods：92 cases with senile hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction from August 2014 to December 2015 were selected as Object of study,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,46 cases in each.The control group took irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide and tirofiban,while the treatment group was given oral treatment of Bushen hemai decoction based on the treatment of the control group.8 weeks after treatment,TCM syndrome integral,blood lipid,blood pressure and pulse wave velocity in the two groups were observed.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.43%（P 0.05）.Abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,belching points of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）.After treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C in both groups dropped;HDL-C rose,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P 0.05）.The average systolic blood pressure,mean diastolic blood pressure and average pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.The pulse wave velocity in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen hemai decoction combined with conventional treatment of Western medicine can drop TCM syndrome integral,improving blood lipid index,lowering blood pressure level,improving pulse wave velocity in patients with senile hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction,with clinical curative effect.
