摘 要:从技术适用性、经济适用性和环境适用性三个层面解析村镇住宅建设技术适用性的内涵,并提出其量化评价方法;在此基础上,以主体结构选型为例,梳理村镇住宅常见主体结构的应用情况及其特点,设置住宅建设情境,解析砖混结构和钢筋混凝土框架结构设计技术的适用性,以此展示村镇小康住宅建设技术的适用性的研判方法,为村镇小康住宅建设技术的整理及选择提供参考。The paper decomposes the connotation of applicability from three aspects named technological applicability, economical applicability and environmental applicability, and proposes the quantitative evaluation method. On the basis, takes main structure selection as an example, combs the application of normal main structures in rural residential and the corresponding characteristics, sets the constructing situations of rural residential and analyzes the applicability of two design technologies of main structure named masonry structure and reinforced concrete structure to show the application procedures of proposed evaluation method, provides reference for construction technology arrangement and selection in rural residential.
