摘 要:针对VONROLL-日立造船-上海康恒生活垃圾焚烧炉的炉膛设计进行了设计计算和分析。在燃烧炉排左右侧墙设置空冷壁,在焚烧炉前后拱分别采用全绝热、半绝热和全水冷壁结构的3种情况下进行设计计算,得到不同垃圾低位热值下的一次燃烧室、二次燃烧室炉膛温度,对温度数据进行分析,从而总结出一定条件下不同垃圾焚烧炉炉膛设计原则。The waste incinerator chamber of VONROLL-Hitachi Zosen-Shanghai SUS was designed,calculated and analyzed. Air-cooled brick wall was installed on both sides of burning grate. The design calculation was carried out in three cases which the fully adiabatic,semi adiabatic and fully water cooled wall structures were applied respectively in front and back arch of the incinerator,resulting in different furnace temperature of primary and secondary combustion chamber under different refuse lower heat value. Through analyzing the temperature data,the design principles of different incinerator chambersin different conditions were summarized.
