摘　　要：[目的/意义]交流、分享和讨论兰州大学在建设机构知识库LZU-IR过程中的经验和体会,以期共同推动机构知识库的建设和发展。[方法/过程]从建设模式、技术开发、资源建设、服务支持、建设进展5个方面,介绍LZU-IR的建设实践与探索过程。[结果/结论]LZU-IR以资源服务为主,前期以5个单位为试点,取得了一定成绩,后期建设存在着可持续发展、系统集成和服务发展三大问题。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to exchange, share and discuss the experiences and understandings in the process of building institutional repository in Lanzhou University（LZU-IR）, and expect to promote the development of building institutional repository jointly. [Method/process] The paper elaborates the implementation and exploration process of LZU-IR building from construction mode, technological development, resource construction, service support, and construction progress. [Result/conclusion] LZUIR mainly focuses on resource services, 5 units are chosen as experimental unit in earlier stages and has obtained certain achievement,there are 3 problems of sustainable development, system integration and service development in the later stages of construction.
