鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效及安全性,为鼻腔血管瘤治疗丰富手段,促进有效治疗提供借鉴。方法 总结分析2013年1月-2014年12月我院收治的82例鼻腔血管瘤患者临床资料,分为研究组40例和对照组42例,研究组采取鼻内镜下切除术低温等离子消融术治疗方案,对照组行传统的鼻内镜下切除术,观察比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等手术相关指标。结果 两组手术用时比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,术中失血量、住院时间显著少于对照组,对比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访2组均无复发病例发生。结论 鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术与传统切除术均可作为鼻腔血管瘤手术方法选择,但相比传统切除,鼻内镜低温等离子消融术有良好的微创优势,对鼻腔正常解剖结构和生理功能侵扰和破坏小,能彻底清除病灶。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of nasal hemangioma,and to provide a reference for the treatment of nasal hemangioma. Methods Cinical data of 82 cases of nasal hemangioma patients from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were summarized. They were divided into two groups,the study group（40 cases）and control group（42 cases）. Patients in the study group adopted nasal endoscopic resection of low temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment,and the control group was treated with traditional nasal endoscopic resection. The effect were observed and compared between the two groups in operative time,blood loss,hospitalization time and other operation related index. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The amount of blood loss and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No recurrence occurred in all 2 groups. Conclusion Endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation can be chosen as one surgery method to treat hemangioma of nasal cavity,but compared with the traditional resection,endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation have good advantages of minimally invasive,less damage to the nasal anatomic structure and physiological function. And it can completely remove the lesion.
