摘  要:目的 探讨耳、鼻、咽、喉及颈部血管CT仿真内镜成像的方法和技巧。方法 在我院影像科2014年6月-2016年6月期间收诊的患者中,抽取120例进行头颅和颈部血管CTVE成像患者的资料进行回顾性分析,其中扫描层厚为3.0 mm,螺距为1.5,重建间隔为1.5 mm。结果 除去23例情况正常的耳、鼻、喉检查者和3例颈部大血管检查者,在剩余96例耳、鼻、咽、喉部位具有疾病的患者中,通过纤维内镜检查出91例,准确率达到94.79%。结论 CTVE成像作为一种新型的影像学检查方法,其能够显示出清晰的高质量头颈部图像,在检查过程中,扫描和图像重建参数的选择、观察方位和阈值以及操作者的操作技术对图像也有着直接的影响作用。Objective To explore the methods and techniques of CT virtual endoscopy in ear,nose,pharynx,throat and neck vessels. Methods A sample of 120 cases of head and neck vascular CTVE patients were retrospectively analyzed from June 2014 to 2016 in the department of radiology of our hospital. The scan slice thickness was 3.0 mm,pitch 1.5,and reconstruction interval was 1.5 mm. Results 23 cases of normal ear,nose,and throat and 3 cases of large cervical vascular were excluded. In the remaining 96 cases with disease in ear,nose,pharynx,throat,out of 91 cases were diagnosed by the fiber endoscopy,the accuracy rate reached 94.79%. Conclusion CTVE imaging as a new image examination method,which can show a clear head and neck images with high quality. In the course of the examination,the choice of parameters of scanning and image reconstruction,the orientation and the threshold,and the operator's operation technology have a direct impact on the image.
