舒洛地特联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察辛伐他汀联合舒洛地特临床治疗因糖尿病导致的下肢血管病变效果。方法选取该院收治的96例下肢血管病变患者,按照入院先后分为单一组与联合组,每组48例。结果治疗后单一组较联合组患肢疼痛感减轻、间歇性跛行恢复效果差(P<0.05);治疗后联合组较单一组患者血流速度、阻力指数、搏动指数指标恢复好(P<0.05)。结论为有效治疗糖尿病引发的下肢血管病变,改善患者症状,提高治疗效果,临床可采用辛伐他汀与舒洛地特联合用药,患者恢复快、好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Simvastatin and Sulodexide in diabetes patients complicated with lower extremity venous disease.Methods 96 diabetes patients complicated with lower extremity venous disease treated in our hospital were selected.The patients were divided into single group and combined group according to the adimission time of hospital,48 cases each group.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of pain and intermittent claudication for combined group was better than that of single group（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the recovery of blood flow velocity,resistance index and pulsatility index for combined group was better than that of single group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Simvastatin and Sulodexide has an obvious effect in diabetes patients complicated with lower extremity venous disease,can greatly cure the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical effect and promote the patient＇s fast recovery.
