老年胆道疾病合并糖尿病高血压的术后监护工作分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析老年胆道疾病合并糖尿病高血压术后监护的效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年3月间在该院治疗的胆道疾病合并糖尿病高血压患者60例。将其动态随机化分两组,研究组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在其基础上加强术后监护工作,对比两组患者并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者护理后的并发症发生率为(10.00%),对照组患者的并发症发生率为(40.00%),对比两组患者并发症发生率存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论加强术后监护工作对胆道疾病合并糖尿病高血压进行护理的效果显著,能有效降低患者并发症发生情况,在临床上可以广泛应用。Objective To study the analysis of hypertension with diabetes mellitus elderly biliary disease the effect of postoperative care.Methods Select 1 years in our hospital treatment of 60 patients with biliary tract disease diabetes mellitus hypertension（February 2013 ~ March 2014）.The dynamic random tumble 2 groups,group and control group 30 cases each.Patients with the control group with conventional nursing,the team work on the basis of its strengthening postoperative care,compared two groups of patients with complications.Results The incidence of complications after the team patient care for（10.00%） and control group in patients with complications（40.00%）,compared two groups of patients with complications existed obvious difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strengthen postoperative care work for biliary tract disease diabetes mellitus hypertension nursing effect significantly,can effectively reduce the complications in patients with conditions,can be widely used in clinical.
