摘　　要：在城市更新的发展进程中,北京旧城不断出现的社会隔离和居住空间分异的现象,以及由此引发的一系列社会问题,受到政府、社会团体及广大居民的密切关注,旧城合理更新成为学术界研究的重要问题之一。文章以北京旧城的改造更新为研究对象,从住区规划与社会和谐两个角度,探讨实施混合居住模式对旧城改造的现实意义。In the development process of urban renewal, the phenomenon of social isolation and residential space differentiation in Beijing old city, and a series of social problems arising therefrom, are closely watched by the government, social groups and the general population.The reasonable renewal of the old city has become one of the important issues in the academic research.From the residential planning and social harmony two angles,This paper discusses the practical significance of the implementation of the Pattern of Mixed-income housing in renewal of old city of Beijing.
