磷脂酰胆碱及胆汁酸盐体外溶脂的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对保脂妥(Lipostabil)、磷脂酰胆碱(PC)以及脱氧胆酸盐(DC)的体外对照观察试验,对其溶脂效果进行初步观察及探讨。方法:分别将Lipostabil组、5%PC组、不同浓度DC组分别与分化成熟的脂肪细胞共培养,观察脂肪细胞的形态、细胞活性以及脂溶度。结果:PC由于必须溶解于溶剂中,故其独立于DC以及其它溶剂对脂肪组织的破解作用在本实验中无法得到证实;DC对于脂肪细胞具有明显的破坏作用且与其一定范围的浓度无明显正相关性;Lipostabil具明显的脂肪细胞破坏作用。结论:DC及Lipostabil组均具有明确的脂肪细胞破坏作用。Objective By fat injection lipolysis medication properly（Lipostabil）,phosphatidylcholine（PC）and deoxycholate（DC）in vitro controlled observation experiment,observing and discussing its preliminary lipolysis effect.Methods：The Lipostabil group,5% PC group,various concentration DC group were co-cultured with fat cells,cell morphology、activity and lipid solubility was observed.Results：PC-independent DC and other solvents cracks on the role of adipose tissue in this experiment could not be confirmed;DC for adipocytes has obvious destructive effects.Conclusion：DC and Lipostabil has a clear role in the destruction of fat cells.
